'Is US going to launch military action on Cuba next,' reporter asks Trump; he responds

Aboard Air Force One, a reporter asked US President Donald Trump, "There have been reports that the Pentagon is preparing for military action in Cuba...Is Cuba next?" Trump replied, "Well, it depends on what your definition of 'military action' is as Bill Clinton would say...Do you understand that? No. There are a lot of people who don't understand that."
