'Jana Nayagan' makers to withdraw plea against CBFC in delay row

After a weeks-long legal battle over release delay, Vijay-starrer 'Jana Nayagan' producer, KVN Productions, submitted a letter to the Madras High Court Registry to withdraw a writ petition against the CBFC. The film will be sent to a new CBFC revising committee, claim sources, as per Hindustan Times. The producer will need the court's permission to formally withdraw the petition.
