'Jihad is a positive word, it means revolution,' says Congress leader Garima; BJP reacts

While talking about Uttarakhand government's action against "illegal" madrassas, Congress leader Garima Mehra Dasauni claimed that the word "illegal" is being misused just like "jihad".
