'Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has decided to resign,' claims senior Congress MLA

Senior Congress MLA RV Deshpande claimed Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has told him that he has decided to resign. Deshpande said Siddaramaiah told some MLAs, who insisted him not to resign, that he had given his word to Congress high command and would respect it. He is expected to make way for Deputy CM DK Shivakumar in a day or two.
