'Kaun se wale papa?' remark is an insult to woman's modesty: Court as it convicts man

A Delhi court, while convicting a man, said that telling a woman and her child, "Kaun se wale papa? (Which father?)", amounts to insulting a woman's modesty. The woman alleged that the man made the remarks when she told her three-year-old daughter that her father had arrived to pick them up after school. The man made the remarks in 2021.
