The sequel to the 'Khosla Ka Ghosla!' is in the works, producer Savita Raj said. Reacting to it, Ranvir Shorey called it "best news of the day". The 2006 movie is set to re-release in theatres. Talking about it, Anupam Kher said, "Till now people remember the dialogue from the film...It achieved a cult status over the years."
