'Leave India' order against Imran Khan paused by Bombay High Court

In an interim relief just a day before deadline, Bombay High Court has paused actor Imran Khan’s eviction order until November 2. Khan, an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder, was ordered to leave India by October 28 for participating in a protest. Police alleged that he violated Foreigners Act by joining the demonstration despite not being an Indian citizen.
