'Michelle Obama hit me,' says Trump, asks 'Am I allowed to hit her now?'

Donald Trump during a campaign rally said, "Michelle Obama hit me the other day...I was so nice to her out of respect." Recounting a conversation with his advisers, Trump added, "I asked my people, 'Am I allowed to hit her now?'...They said, 'Take it easy, sir'." Trump then asked the women in the crowd whether he should "hit back".
