'Model of the Year' Anok Yai undergoes surgery for lung disease

Supermodel Anok Yai, who won the 'Model of the Year' title, revealed that she was diagnosed with congenital lung defect and has been "dealing with the silent battle" for a year. She took to Instagram and wrote, "Yesterday I had a successful robotic lung surgery". She thanked her doctor to whom she's "forever indebted to" for giving her more time.
