'My startup got funded,' Bengaluru intern texts boss and quits; boss shares chat

Flexiple's CEO Karthik Sridharan shared a screenshot of the conversation he had with an intern who quit the company. "This only happens in Bangalore," Sridharan posted on X as he shared their chat. "I took a leave because I had a meeting with a VC. My AI startup got funded. I don't need the internship anymore," the intern texted Sridharan.
