'Oye maar kaise raha hai,' says man after being slapped by Parvesh Verma in Delhi

In the video shared by AAP leaders, Verma can be seen pulling down the man's mobile phone with his left hand and slapping him. The young man then appears to confront the minister, saying, "Oye maar kaise raha hai."
