'Raaka' has better visuals than 'Avatar': Filmmaker Cibi

Filmmaker Cibi Chakaravarthi compared Atlee's directorial 'Raaka', starring Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone, to James Cameron's 'Avatar'.
