'Rats the size of cats' roaming in Birmingham amid strike by garbage collectors

"Rats the size of cats" have been roaming in UK's Birmingham amid a month-long strike by garbage collectors, residents said. The worsening situation has now prompted government to call in military planners to help tackle the crisis.
