'Sonam Wangchuk is still fasting,' says wife Gitanjali

Gitanjali J Angmo, the wife of activist Sonam Wangchuk, has revealed that he is still fasting. Police removed Wangchuk from the protest site at Jantar Mantar on Saturday morning, the 21st day of his hunger strike. "The fast is continuing because he isn't consuming any sugar...He is only taking the water with salt that he was consuming earlier," she said.
