'Specially abled' man receives wheelchair from BJP MLA, then starts walking

A video from UP's Sultanpur is going viral online in which a "specially abled man" can be seen receiving a wheelchair from BJP MLA Sitaram. The man can later be seen standing up on his legs and walking away while carrying the wheelchair in his hands. Reacting to the video, a social media user said, "The wheelchair is magical."
