Actor Walter Koenig, who played Russian crewman Pavel Chekov in sci-fi TV series 'Star Trek' and seven subsequent films, has died aged 90. Koenig died "of old age at his home in North Hollywood" on Sunday night, BBC reported, citing his representatives. "Rest well, my dear friend. Keep navigating a steady course," Star Trek co-star George Takei said.
