'Students failed at DU interviews based on caste,' claims Rahul Gandhi; DU says 'verify facts'

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi alleged students were "failed in interviews" at Delhi University based on their caste. Countering him, DU said there are no interviews for most undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. "If he was referring to recruitments (such as faculty positions), the University...has recruited thousands of teachers across all categories," DU said. It asked him to verify facts.
