'These things happen', TCS HR official told victim wanting to file sexual abuse complaint

The HR head of TCS' Nashik office discouraged a victim who wanted to file a complaint regarding sexual abuse and religious conversion at her workplace, PTI reported. The HR head told the victim, "These things happen," and sided with the accused instead. Police said the seven male accused in the case worked together like an "organised gang" to target victims.
