'True muslim' won't slaughter cow, those who do so are b***ds, says UP policeman, sparks row

Rampur SP Anil Kumar has sparked a row after saying a "true Muslim" would never slaughter and eat a cow when other communities find that offensive. He added those who do so are either not Muslim or are "b***ds". SP later clarified his remarks, stating, "My statement was not intended to hurt the sentiments of any religion, community or individual."
