Russia does not believe that peace talks on Ukraine have stalled, despite Donald Trump's critical remarks about President Vladimir Putin, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said. He added that Russia is awaiting a signal from Kyiv on joining a third round of talks, which began in May in Istanbul. Trump had earlier accused Putin of throwing "a lot of bullsh*t."
