US not at war with Venezuela: Secretary of State Marco Rubio

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said America is not at war with Venezuela and does not have troops in the South American country. "We are at war against drug trafficking organisations," he stated. His statement comes after the US attacked Venezuela, captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and brought him to the US.
