'Why build when you can smuggle?' says Raghuram Rajan on chip units in India, trolled

Ex-RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan was trolled after he criticised India's multi-billion-dollar push for chip manufacturing. "My question is: Why? This is the most easily smuggled thing...Those big Nvidia chips, you can't smuggle them...but the rest you can. Who's going to prevent you?" Rajan said in a Frontline interview.
