'You need to be cool for Gen Z' Sitharaman tells govt banks, explains how

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman asked government banks to become "cool" for Gen Z customers. "I need public sector banks not to be 'not cool'. You should please get some young people to talk to you all," she said. She listed ways in which they can become cool, saying banking industry body could launch a mobile-friendly portal for awareness among youth.
