'You're clapping because I returned or I went there,' jokes PM Modi on Japan-China visit

At Semicon India 2025, PM Narendra Modi said that he returned after visiting China and Japan on Monday, following which the audience started clapping. "Are you all clapping because I went there or because I returned?" he joked, eliciting laughter from the attendees. PM Modi visited China for the first time in seven years and held bilateral meetings.
