'Zomato delivery boy abused office staff for 10-min delay in receiving order,' says woman

A woman alleged that a Zomato delivery agent verbally abused her office staff for 10-minute delay in receiving an order. Claiming that he arrived before time, she said, "No one has the right to abuse anyone...Be it a delivery boy or...CEO." Several users argued the agent was made to wait for too long, which could've affected delivery of other orders.
