In a major action against adulterated paneer in Ghaziabad ahead of Holi, Uttar Pradesh Food Safety and Drug Administration (UPFSDA) team seized a consignment of 1,200 kg paneer worth ₹3.84 lakh. The fake paneer was destroyed on the spot. Three samples of paneer have been taken for testing. The Food Safety & Standards Authority of India shared pictures of seizure.
