1,200-year-old Chinese 'golden armour' reconstructed in full for 1st time in history
Chinese researchers have reconstructed a 1,200-year-old Tang dynasty golden armour in full for the first time, after it was discovered in a Tibetan royal tomb. The gilded bronze armour was found in the Xuewei No 1 tomb and is believed to be linked to a Tuyuhun king. The restoration took about four years.
