1,204 boxes of Goa-made whisky seized by Pune excise

The Pune excise department seized 1,204 boxes of Goa-made whisky containing 57,792 bottles, valued at ₹1,15,58,400, on Jejuri-Saswad road. An individual from Rajasthan was arrested for illegal liquor transportation. A police official said, "Acting on the tip-off, we have seized Goa-made liquor stock being illegally transported. We are working on forward linkages related to this case"
