1,400 women-driven pink e-rickshaw to roll out in Pune soon

Pune will soon get 1,400 women-driven pink auto rickshaws. The Maharashtra government is all set to launch the Pink e-Rickshaw Scheme in Pune and the first fleet is expected to hit the road within the next two to three months. With this scheme, the state government aims to make commuting safer for women and also boost employment opportunities.
