Over 1 crore Australians were left without mobile and internet services after telecommunications giant Optus was hit by an outage. "When we have identified a root cause and a time for restoration, we'll be updating everybody as soon as we can," the firm said. Optus is Australia's second-largest telecoms firm and a subsidiary of Singtel.
