1 in 3 Indian employees got promoted with less than 5% or no salary hike in last 2 years: Report

Nearly one in three Indian employees who received a job-title change in past two years got either no salary hike or an increase below 5%, an Indeed report said. It added that nearly 6 in 10 professionals said their job title doesn't reflect their compensation. The quarterly hiring tracker report is based on responses from 1,211 employers and 2,533 employees.
