About one in four Americans believe the April shooting at White House Correspondents’ Dinner, attended by President Donald Trump, was staged, according to a new survey. The poll found that roughly one-third of Democrats shared this view, compared to about one in eight Republicans, the Washington Post reported. The gunman, Cole Tomas Allen, was charged with attempting to assassinate Trump.
