1 killed, 3 injured in shooting near Canada's parliament

One person died and 3 others suffered serious injuries in gunfire in the Canadian city of Ottawa, less than a kilometre away from the parliament, the police said. Police responded to reports of multiple gunshots early Wednesday morning and said that it appeared to be a "targeted shooting". Police were seeking a suspect, a statement added.
