1 killed as 100-foot-tall chariot falls on devotees near Bengaluru

A 24-year-old man was killed and another person was injured after a 100-foot-tall chariot, part of the annual Madduramma temple festival, collapsed on devotees near Karnataka's Bengaluru on Saturday. The incident, which took place in Rayasandra, occurred when devotees were pulling two chariots towards the temple as part of a ritual. Heavy rain and strong winds reportedly caused the accident.
