10 killed as Russia launches major attack across Ukraine

At least 10 people were killed and over 100 were injured after Russia launched major attack on Ukrainian cities such as Kyiv, Dnipro and Kharkiv on Tuesday. Last week, Russia warned that it intended "systematic strikes" on targets in Ukraine in response to a drone attack on a dormitory in Ukraine's Russian-held region of Luhansk, which killed 21 people.
