10 lakh students out of schools in K'taka: Survey submitted in HC

The Karnataka High Court has been informed that more than 10 lakh students below the age of 14 have been out of schools and anganwadis in the state. A PIL was presented in the court on the basis of a survey. Over 15,000 students between the ages of 6-14 years were out of school and more than 10,000 never enrolled.
