10 Oppn MPs suspended after ruckus during JPC meeting on Waqf Bill

A ruckus erupted during the meeting of the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill on Friday. Ten Opposition MPs, including AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi and TMC's Kalyan Banerjee, were suspended for the day from the meeting after the ruckus. TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee alleged that the Chairman of the committee did not listen to anyone.
