10 quintals of insect-infested 'chhena rasgullas' seized in Ghaziabad

The food safety department has seized around 10 quintals of insect-infested 'chhena rasgullas' in Ghaziabad. The 'chhena rasgullas' were allegedly being prepared using mashed paneer, starch and chemicals like sodium formaldehyde sulphoxylate, official Suresh Mishra said. Stating that all the sweets were destroyed, the official added that the process to suspend the licence is being initiated.
