10 villages cut off after landslide in Tamil Nadu's Nilgiris

As many as 10 villages in Tamil Nadu's Nilgiris district were cut off from mainstream on Thursday after a heavy landslide on Kotagiri road. The roads connecting these villages with towns were completely buried in the debris. Tea gardens and agricultural lands around Kotagiri were also washed away due to the landslide.
