1,000 Ganesh Mandals get approval via Pune Police's single window system

About 1,000 of 1,200 applications pertaining to pandals and loudspeakers for Ganesh Mandals have been approved so far via Pune Police's single window system at police stations. Through the single window programme, launched for Ganeshotsav Mandals, police verify applications and authorisation is granted swiftly. "We have given permission to many Mandals within an hour," DCP Priyanka Narnaware said.
