1,032 hectares of ganja cultivation destroyed in a major operation in Himachal

The officers of the Central Bureau of Narcotics have destroyed 1,032 hectares of illicit cannabis (ganja) cultivation in Himachal Pradesh in one of the biggest destruction operations. During the operation conducted over two weeks, officers climbed daily up to 11,000 feet above sea level and even camped in sensitive areas. Drones were used for the detection and surveillance of cannabis.
