104% tariffs on China not enough, I want 400%: Canadian businessman Kevin O'Leary

Kevin O'Leary, a Canadian businessman and 'Shark Tank' investor, has claimed that the 104% tariffs that US imposed on China are not enough and he wanted it to be 400%. "I want [Chinese President] Xi [Jinping] on an airplane to Washington to level the playing field," he added. He also accused China of intellectual property theft.
