10-yr-old Chandigarh rape victim likely to undergo C-section

The 10-year-old rape survivor from Chandigarh, who is 35 weeks pregnant, is likely to undergo a C-section surgery this week. The doctors have reportedly planned this as "neither her pelvic bones are strong enough to push the baby, nor she will be able to bear the labour pain". She was allegedly raped by her maternal uncle repeatedly over several months.
