At least 11 people were hospitalised on Saturday following a possible boat explosion near Haulover Sandbar, a popular tourist destination close to Miami Beach in US' Florida. Officials have declared it a "Level 2 Mass Casualty Incident." A person who was on the boat attributed the blast to a gas leak. However, authorities haven't revealed the cause of the incident.
