11 members elected unopposed to Karnataka Legislative Council

Eleven members have been elected unopposed to the Legislative Council. The results have been officially confirmed by the Secretary of the State Assembly and Election Officer, MK Vishalakshi. The Congress party secured seven seats, the BJP won three seats, and the JD(S) one seat. Initially, elections were scheduled for June 13 to fill the 11 seats from the State Assembly.
