11 more Kolkata police personnel test COVID-19 positive; total rises to 217

At least 11 Kolkata police personnel from the combat force, the Police Training School (PTS) and various police stations have tested positive for coronavirus, an IPS officer said on Tuesday. With this, the total number of infected policemen in Kolkata rose to 217. Earlier, a constable posted at Kolkata's Shakespeare Sarani police station succumbed to coronavirus while undergoing treatment.
