117 dead dogs, many with bullet wounds, found at 'no-kill' shelter in US

The remains of around 117 dogs in various states of decomposition, many with gunshot wounds, have been found at a "no-kill" animal shelter in US. Investigators located about 600 dog collars and discovered an area where they believe dogs were likely killed. The shelter, which receives hundreds of dogs each year, said it only euthanised animals in rare circumstances.
