11-yr-old boy cries before Bihar CM & says 'I want good education'; video viral

A video showing an 11-year-old class 6 student crying before Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and seeking his help to get a quality education has gone viral. Sonu Kumar told the CM, "Whatever my father earns he squanders on liquor", adding that he wants to be IAS/IPS if the government helped him. The CM has reportedly instructed officials to help him.
