12 dead as bus crashes after brake failure in Indonesia

At least 12 people were dead and several others were injured after a bus carrying 34 passengers overturned in Indonesia's West Sumatra province on Tuesday. The bus was on its way to Indonesia's capital Jakarta when its brakes apparently malfunctioned. Police are investigating the cause of the accident while survivors told authorities that driver had lost control of the vehicle.
