12-hour traffic jam on Mumbai-Pune Expressway after gas tanker overturns

A massive traffic jam of over 12 hours was seen on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway after a gas tanker overturned around 5 pm on Tuesday. Videos showed hundreds of vehicles stranded on the expressway after highly flammable propylene gas began leaking from the tanker, causing panic among passengers. The Pune Police said emergency teams were working to contain the gas leak.
